Hi, I am Jenny! Mum of 2, movement specialist with a pregnancy and post natal focus who is deeply passionate about pre natal movement education and preparing the body for childbirth.
Our body goes through a lot in pregnancy and there are many practice, techniques and tips that you can take on to make things a little easier on the ever changing body.
We look at your posture, movement patters and talk through how you are feeling and how you want to feel before planning your path through these coaching sessions.
If you want to prepare your physical body and your mind for the journey ahead and want 1x1 time to do iso, as well as accountability to stick with it then we might be a good match.
Sessions are either in person or virtual and are 90 minutes long. They include talking, coaching, mobility, flexibility, functional movement, breathing and relaxation
You will receive homework and practices to work on. You will also receive access to the Mellow Mummas Class Library and Breathwork for Labour Course.
Sessions can be recorded at your request for you to revisit.
The package is priced at £99 and includes 2 sessions that are ideally 4 weeks apart. If you are closer to the end of pregnancy you can shorten the timeline of your sessions to suit.
