I created mellow mummas in early 2018 during my own pregnancy as a self care practice. After many hours of searching, joining groups, commenting, replying and not really finding what I was looking for I decided to create it. My intention for Mellow Mummas is that it is an ever evolving, growing community of mummas, mummas to be and passionate pregnancy/post partum/partenting specialists.
Mellow Mummas supports all pregnant people and also supports how they wish to identify. I chose to include Mumma in my name as that what I feel connected to, however this community will not only support pregnant people but also their birth partners on a conscious, mindful journey through rituals and practices all centred around self care, self discovery and self love.
